Born in Manchester, NH I moved to San Diego, CA on July 15, 2000. It was there I began practicing Bikram Yoga and after a year of practicing became certified on November 15, 2002. Summer 2003 my husband and I moved back to NH to be with family and friends.

I am a committed student and I enjoy practicing as much as teaching! I also enjoy reading, biking, and art projects. My education about the field of Yoga and the Body is never ending. What I like most about teaching Yoga is learning from fellow student's experiences.
