As a beginner to Bikram yoga, I found the first few classes extemely
challenging. The more my body becomes adjusted to the temperature and
the poses, I feel my confidence increasing. The yoga challenge is
balance and flexibility. My personal challenge is my negative self body
image regarding my weight. At 51, I am hoping to gain some self
acceptance.
