Rich took his first Bikram class in 2002 and swore he would never go back: the heat, the sweat, the heat, the stretching, the heat. 3 years later, on vacation, a friend reluctantly dragged him to a class. Rich LOVED it! The heat, the sweat, the heat, the stretching, the heat - his body felt renewed, changed from the inside out! You couldn't keep him out of the hot room. Rich knew that day he would attend teacher training. Bikram yoga is now an integral part of Rich's life, helping him find peace, health and vitality. Rich is grateful for Bikram and all he has done to spread this yoga far and wide. Rich feels blessed to be a teacher of this powerful Hatha yoga system.
